A-cero architecture studio, run by Joaquin Torres, presents its greatest minimalist project. This house is located in the luxury estate in the town of Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).

It is one of the hundreds of houses that you can find in this exclusive residential area: many green areas, lakes and spectacular houses designed by A-cero. The structure of this house is based on smooth surfaces, flat lines and simple shapes. The front façade is made of travertine marble and numerous ample windows.

House plot has a surface of 1.600 m2 and three floors (basement, ground floor and first floor). The structure is perfectly adapted to the slope (4000 m2) where the house takes place. Garages and service area are in the basement, while public areas (living room, dining room…) are on the first floor.

Bedrooms and private rooms are also situated on the first floor. A-cero has also designed a spectacular geometrical swimming pool of 80 m2. It is incorporated into the architecture of this A-cero project.
